Covid-19: Angola banned from international flights

The Angolan government decided this Wednesday to suspend all international flights to and from the country, as a measure to prevent the new coronavirus, although the country has not yet registered any cases.

:

A note from the National Civil Aviation Institute states that the measure begins at midnight on Friday.

This measure alters those that Angola had implemented, until Tuesday, in the framework of the prevention of Covid-19 disease, prohibiting passengers from China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal from entering the country.

Angola has not registered any cases of the disease to date.
