According to an executive decree of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the suspension of services to prevent infection caused by the new coronavirus also includes the Center for Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution and the National Institute for Judicial Studies.
Minimal and urgent services are excluded from the suspension, as well as the creation of online commercial companies and weddings scheduled for this period.
In this case, attendance is limited, in addition to the Civil Registry Keeper, to spouses, witnesses (godparents) and parents of the spouses.
The minimum services include registration of deaths, imposition of seals in the funerary urns and opening of the urns, with pickets being organized for this purpose.
