The message was released in a note from the Plenary of the Supreme Court, marking the opening of the judicial year, celebrated in a different format than usual due to preventive measures against the spread of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus.
"Knowing the difficulties that the Courts of Common Jurisdiction face and, having taken steps with the competent bodies to reverse the current framework, aiming to create better working conditions, the plenary of the Supreme Court encourages all justice operators to continue , responsibly "and committed" in the fulfillment of its activities in favor of a swift, impartial and independent justice ", the note reads.
The document is signed by the president of the Supreme Court and the Superior Council for the Judiciary, Joel Leonardo.
The plenary of Supreme Court judges also sent "signs of solidarity" to judicial magistrates, recognizing that "regardless of difficulties, they have served the nation within the framework of sobriety, modesty and resilience".
