President of the Republic adjusts embassies with dismissals and appointments

The President of the Republic made adjustments to the embassies, having dismissed and appointed heads of diplomatic missions. These changes, expressed through decrees, occur as part of a process of staff rotation in the diplomatic sector.

Thus, according to a statement from CIPRA to which VerAngola had access, Agostinho Tavares da Silva Neto was dismissed from his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Republic of Zimbabwe; Baltazar Diogo Cristóvão, from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Kingdom of Morocco, as well as José Filipe, from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Republic of Hungary.

The list of dismissals also includes the names of Alfredo Dombe (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Kingdom of Spain), Balbina Malheiros Dias da Silva (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Federal Republic of Germany) and Eduardo Filomeno Bárber Leiro Octávio (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Republic of Rwanda).

This Thursday, the Head of State appointed Alfredo Dombe as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Republic of Rwanda, and Balbina Malheiros Dias da Silva to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Kingdom of Spain.

Baltazar Diogo Cristóvão were also appointed to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Republic of Zimbabwe and José Filipe as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Kingdom of Morocco.
