The list of dismissals also includes the names of Alfredo Dombe (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Kingdom of Spain), Balbina Malheiros Dias da Silva (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Federal Republic of Germany) and Eduardo Filomeno Bárber Leiro Octávio (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola accredited to the Republic of Rwanda).
