"The Ministry of Health has carried out 1869 different surgeries since February 7th, as part of the massive campaign that ends on March 7th", adds the note.
According to the note, there are about 14 days left until the end of the first phase of the campaign, which is taking place at Américo Boavida, Materno Infantil Dr. Azancot de Menezes, Josina Machel, Complexo Hospitalar Dom Alexandre do Nascimento, Pediatric David Bernardino, National Ophthalmological Institute of Angola and General Hospital of Luanda.
In these units, "surgeries for cataracts, obstetric, urological, gynecological, pediatric, hydrocephalus, colostomies and ileostomies and hernias" are being carried out, "completes the note.
