He is Aniceto da Silva, who lives in Viana and has a law degree from the Instituto Superior Politécnico Kalandula de Angola (ISPEKA).

According to Platinaline, after graduating, Aniceto da Silva decided to give 'new life' to his house, transforming it into a community library, whose purpose is to provide books to anyone.

The aforementioned project is recent, since, according to the person in charge, it started in October last year. "I transformed my residence into a community library, in Viana Estalagem at km12, we carry out this activity (...) since October last year, that is, 2022", he said, in statements to Platinaline.

The young man also made it known that they have been helped by the Kalissoki Association: "We have received help from the Kalissoki Association".

In addition to the library, the young man said that he has also encouraged a taste for reading at home, through the free loan of books for 30 days.

Regarding deliveries, Aniceto da Silva, quoted by Platinaline, highlighted the small number due to transport, given that they deliver throughout the capital and with their own taxi.

"We have asked for help from a three-wheeled motorcycle in some institutions, unfortunately we have not received good answers", he added, quoted by Platinaline.
