The announcement was made by the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Angola, Adão de Almeida, who also said that the public must present the digital certificate of vaccination or a negative test for covid-19.
The measure is extended to sportsmen, he said.
In the last 24 hours, Angola recorded 90 new positive cases, 350 recovered patients and no deaths.
Angola records a cumulative 98,116 confirmed cases, of which 1593 are active, 1895 have died and 94,978 have recovered.
Government authorizes public presence in sports venues
The government authorized the presence of the public in sports venues up to 50 percent of their capacity, within the scope of the covid-19 pandemic.
