On the 28th of February, the event "Carnaval do Cais" will take place.
Starting at 7pm, DJ's Paulo Alves, Rick Star, Delcio Ferreira and O'mix will be present.
Tickets cost 10,000 kwanzas.
The event will take place at Cais do Panguila.
