Hermenegildo Domingos, project director, revealed that the "Residential Nobility" will take about a year to be built.
"The project will be built in a time horizon that goes from six months to one year. It will have 365 villas, between V3 and V4 houses and T3 and T4 apartments", revealed, quoted by Angop.
According to Hermenegildo Domingos, the properties can be purchased in installments, through the model of resolvable income, in a time frame of up to six years.
Whoever is interested in acquiring the residences will have to give at least 20 million kwanzas. According to the project director, half of the value of the property is paid at the time of signing the contract, as a symbol of commitment between the seller and the buyer.
The buyers will have six years to pay the property. The payment can be made through a bank credit, on their own account or by other modalities defined by Lausar, the construction company responsible for the enterprise.
Budgeted at around $10 billion, this development is the most ambitious project Lausar has in hand.
It is estimated that at an early stage the development will generate around 300 direct jobs.
