João Lourenço will be joined by Yoweri Museveni, President of Uganda, Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda and Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
According to a press release of the Secretariat of Institutional Communication and Press Affairs of the President of the Republic, quoted by Angop, the summit will take place in Gatuna/Katuna, near the border between Rwanda and Uganda.
The aim of the meeting is to talk about the problems between Rwanda and Uganda, the note indicates.
This new meeting was agreed at the most recent meeting between the four heads of state, which took place on 2 February at the Presidential Palace in Luanda.
