This is an action that, according to Luísa Damião, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA), is part of the field of social responsibility of the Organization of Angolan Women (OMA), which presupposes empowering Angolan women through training.

"It is a way of empowering women so that they continue to have a more active participation in the development of our country", she said, quoted by RNA.

Noting that more than half of the country's population is female, one must "bet on the potential and capacity that women have" so that they can contribute to Angola's development: "52 percent of the Angolan population is female, we must bet on the potential and capacity that women have so that they can make their contribution to the development of Angola so that we have an increasingly prosperous, more developed country, where men and women walk together towards development", said the vice-president of the MPLA.

Luísa Damião also highlighted that the center will help to promote employment: "Sometimes we think that only the State should provide employment and here is clear proof that young people can, after obtaining their training, manage their small business, undertake and , in fact, to be able to solve some problems they have", she indicated, quoted by RNA.
