The lease modality is intended for individuals with a maximum income of 122,475 kwanzas, with a monthly installment of 12,503 kwanzas, over a period of 30 years.
It is also possible to purchase a property in this centrality as a single payment, with a fixed price of 7,585,168 kwanzas. According to Angop, this modality also includes the possibility of payment in two installments: 3,792,584 kwanzas paid in the first installment and the remainder over a period of five years (annual fee of 758,516 kwanzas).
Of the total number of dwellings, 255 will be destined for resolvable property, 128 for lease and 42 properties for prompt payment. Regarding the award criteria, 129 are aimed at civil servants, 85 at young people and 63 at other interested parties.

Centralidade do Luena is about to become a housing option for residents of Moxico province. According to the provincial government, technical and administrative conditions are being finalized so that applications for housing in the first phase of the centrality can begin shortly.
