The arrival of some heavy equipment in the country is scheduled to start in March. According to the owner of the Health portfolio, the equipment should start to be assembled between June and November.

The new facilities of the Luanda Sanatorium have the capacity to receive 180 patients. Some patients have already started to be transferred to the new surroundings of the hospital unit. Done gradually, the transfer process should be concluded by the end of January, indicated the minister.
"Two ships with capacity for 180 beds were built, with laboratory, X-ray area, part of the cafeteria. We also have kitchen and laundry in the same perimeter," she said.
Besides the works of the Sanatorium Hospital of Luanda, Sílvia Lutucuta also visited the Center of Orthopedics and Multipurpose Rehabilitation of Viana, where 28 technicians receive training on the production of prostheses.
