After technical problems left the portal temporarily unavailable - for about four hours - the population has been able to apply for housing in the Zango 5 residential project.
According to a source linked to the project, cited by Novo Jornal Online, the applications work "slowly, but without fail".
However, and according to the same source, applications already exceed 115 thousand for a limited number of homes, which will be around 2390, out of a total of about 8000 houses, including villas and apartments.
In that centrality, located in the municipality of Viana, 320 isolated T3 houses, 452 semi-detached houses and 1618 apartments are available for urban lease, resolvable property and prompt payment.
The assessment of the candidates' ability to purchase will be made through a deflation of salary and / or income of the couple.
The portal will be available 24 hours a day until 11:59 pm on February 5, Wednesday, with all applications being treated regardless of the submission date.
Two weeks after the end of the application process, a public drawing will be held, within the limit of the units of available housing.
Selected candidates will be notified via SMS in order to be able to prepare for interviews, contract signing, payment of the first installment and reception of the house.
Before the beginning of this process, housing for the civil service (40 percent) and large public and private companies (30 percent) will have already been sold.
The rooms are intended for citizens with Angolan nationality, over 18 years of age and who have not yet bought or rented state housing. Another condition is income, which must be compatible with the price of the type to which they apply.
