After complaints in the social networks and media about the failure of the process, the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Housing issued a press release stating that the technical team responsible for the management of the platform was making efforts to ensure the normal operation of the portal, under the management of the company Imogestin. This Tuesday the portal is already up and running.
The note also revealed that, despite the constraints, until 11am this Monday, 17,763 applications were successfully submitted, and through the portal will be ensured the resending of the confirmation messages of the applications.
The portal will be available 24 hours a day until 11.59pm of February 5th, and all applications will also be processed regardless of the date of submission.
The process of free sale of houses in Zango 5, for individuals, which has available 2,309 houses out of a total of 7,964, started at midnight on Monday, but several people who submitted their applications claim to have received the message that the applications were closed.
Two weeks after the end of the application process, a public lottery will be held, within the limits of the available housing units.
In that centrality, located in the municipality of Viana, there are 320 detached T3 houses, 452 semi-detached houses and 1,618 apartments available for urban rent, resolvable property and prompt payment.
