However, doubts about the final destination of the school have always existed: a company was eventually hired to re-qualify the school. At the time, about 44 million kwanzas were made available to the contractor, but the work was never started.
Faced with the impasse, the school eventually gave way to a landfill site. However, the scenario is about to change.
The presidential document was approved "as part of the 2018-2022 Action Plan", which aims to implement a set of projects to meet the "main needs of the population" in Luanda.
