On Monday, February 24th, come celebrate the Carnival with the party 'Nomalanga de Carnaval'.
The Complexo da Girafa, in Luanda, will be filled with serpentines and a lot of animation with the 'Nomalanga de Carnaval'.
The party starts at 3pm and the tickets cost 5,000 kwanzas.
