During the launch ceremony, which took place in the capital, the story was shared with children between eight and 12 years old.

According to the writer, the book aims to help children in primary school learn about Angolan ancestries. Quoted by Angop, she added that she decided to choose Queen Njinga Mbandi because she is a figure who inspires all generations.

Filipe Zau, Minister of Culture, highlighted the importance of the work for children, especially because it has visual elements.

According to the head of the Culture department, "image drawings can be an interesting way of bringing our children's sense of identity in a much more pedagogical and more playful way".

On the occasion, he also spoke about the current state of children's literature in the country, stating that it is necessary to continue the effort with the new generations so that children do not consume "unknown literature".

The book was also praised by its preface, John Bella, who considered that the work highlights the country's narrative through writing.

Quoted by Angop, he also left an appeal to writers to also present narratives about other personalities, such as Queen Nyakatolo, Queen Muhongo Matamba, Kimpa Vita, among others, so that the history of Angola can be rediscovered.

John Bella's vision was also supported by writer Kanguimbo Ananás, who supported the need to continue discussing all the women who fought for the country.
