The opening of the center takes place after the completion of the requalification works, says CIPRA, in a statement to which VerAngola had access.

The infrastructure has "several interactive exhibitions, a planetarium and an auditorium with a giant screen for projection of films and documentaries with effects".

"With the aim of raising the scientific culture of the population, in general, and of children and young people, in particular, through the popularization of scientific and technological knowledge, the CCL will, after its inauguration by the President of the Republic, implement a phase of promotion of its operation", adds the statement.

Thus, over the course of five weeks, some invited institutions will visit the center's exhibitions free of charge, in groups of up to 30 people each.

"The reception of previously invited and scheduled groups should take place throughout the month of January 2024", reads the note, which adds that in February of next year the center will begin "the normal operating regime, with access to exhibitions and other attractions by purchasing tickets".
