In a statement sent to VerAngola, Volta a África states that the event, which took place on the 29th of November, at the São João Restaurant, in Luanda, "was a success", with around 80 guests from different areas of Angolan society present.
On the occasion, there was a brief presentation of the activities carried out by Volta a África, and an appeal was made to everyone present to be part of this project to make it stronger and more comprehensive.
Afterwards, there was a panel of speakers, with representatives of the missions they support. Here, each speaker explained to the guests the work they carry out in different communities and their needs.
"Representatives of the missions we support, several companies that support us and natural people who together make us a little stronger were present", says the note.
Regarding next year, the project states that "at the end of the meeting the entire Volta a África group was left with the feeling that the year 2024 will be a positive and affirming year".
