The protocol signing ceremony took place this Monday, at the headquarters of Azule Energy, an international energy company based in Angola, with more than 800 employees and whose mission is to develop Angola's energy sector and help the country in its transition to cleaner sources.
"What we hope with the implementation of this agreement is to add value and improve the lives of Angolan families, improve the customer experience with the bank and satisfy the most pressing needs of our customers", says Luís Teles, CEO of the SBA.
The person responsible highlights as benefits of the agreement "the satisfied customer, the increase in the volume of direct business (private customers), the greater flow of marginal business by drag, a greater dive into the value chain, the potential increase in revenue via the credit portfolio and improving the customer experience."
