The managers were trained in the branches of Public Administration, Local and Municipal Administration, Public Finance and in the public and private business field, according to Sandra Alves, president of the Board of Directors (PCA) of the educational establishment.

Speaking this Friday at the closing act of training for this year of the establishment, the PCA of ENAPP indicated, quoted by Angop, that 341 trainings were carried out, out of the 360 projected by ENAPP for this year, with the branches of public finance and administration public among the most requested.

Sandra Alves also considered the number of trainees as "satisfactory", explaining that "the training of 5409 trainees was foreseen, but the number doubled", ending up satisfying the establishment: "The number is satisfactory because the training of 5409 trainees was foreseen, but the number doubled, which satisfies the institution", she said, quoted by Angop.

Amélia Varela, Secretary of State for Public Administration, took the opportunity to inform that for next year more than 14,000 civil servants, administrative agents and workers are expected to be trained in this institution.

Also cited by Angop, Amélia Varela highlighted that ENAPP "aims at harmonizing the training of public administration staff and the public and private business sector, having excellence in training, research and dissemination, in order to support and promote the qualification of staff for a more effective and efficient performance in the respective tasks and in line with the Strategic Development Plan in Angola".

According to the official, the Government is putting into practice a package of structural reforms, where the restructuring of the public administration occupies a prominent position, for the determination of a civil servant profile that responds to the immense obstacles of the modern administration of public services, writes to Angop.
