"Sonangol announces, to all interested parties, the issuance of bond securities, in the amount, in kwanzas, equivalent to USD 150,000,000, on a date to be informed in due course", advances the National Society of Combustíveis de Angola in a statement released this Saturday.
According to him, "among the various methods of financing its activities, the company considered this way that allows the investor to periodically receive interest on this bond debt instrument, as well as the amount invested".
"This financing model will leverage operations and investments based on a company with more than 46 years of experience in the oil sector, whose vision is to become a benchmark company on the African continent, always committed to the country's sustainability and development. ", reads the statement.
