According to the measure, foreseen in Decree 662/21 and which is already in force, the "payment of the mandatory contribution is made in the act of carrying out the post-landing test at the airport facilities".
According to the diploma, cited by Expansão, the amount can be paid in cash, bank transfer, reference or through automatic payment terminals (TPA), both in kwanzas and the equivalent in foreign currency.
The document establishes that the money raised will be destined to the Ministries of Health (62.79 percent) and Transport (37.21 percent).
