According to the announcement from the tutelage, the scholarships concern the attendance of degrees in French institutions in the area of Engineering, with emphasis on the courses in Chemistry, Petrochemistry and Refining.
Registration has already started and, according to the ministry, can be carried out until Friday, November 18, via online. "Applications will take place from the 16th of November to the 18th of November 2022 in a virtual environment, and interested parties must duly fill in the form" available here.
National citizens who have completed the 2nd cycle (in the area of physics and biology) or professional technical secondary education can apply for scholarships and who have not resided in France for more than 15 months at the time of application, among other requirements.
For registration, you need a certificate of qualifications, Identity Card or passport and a color passport photograph.
According to the tutelage, the scholarship includes a French language course and "reinforcement of knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, physics and chemistry before starting university studies". It also provides for a complete degree program at a French higher institute, as well as a monthly scholarship allowance for accommodation and food, travel and health insurance.
