Located in the municipality of Baía Farta, province of Benguela, the village Dombe Grande once contributed to the production of sugar in the country.
Being the home of one of the 'Açucareira 4 de Fevereiro', founded in the 50's and currently deactivated, the village is also a strategic place to reach the beaches of Benguela.
Furthermore, this village is also believed to be associated with witchcraft.
