The head of the Health portfolio clarified that the nurses who will join the civil service refer to professionals who had a positive score in the 2019 contest, but who, due to the scarcity of vacancies, had not yet been admitted.
Cited by Angop, the minister informed that the new professionals will be divided nationally.
"We are going to distribute them nationwide, and wherever they happen they will have their jobs. They are all young people and the health professional has to provide service anywhere and at any time", she revealed.
In the 2019 contest, professionals were admitted based on grades and special career. However, more than 7000 nurses who obtained positive marks were not admitted at the time due to lack of vacancies.
