At stake are the Monalisa Residence hotels in Talatona, the Torres Eucaliptos real estate project, the Instituto Sapiens building and the Luanda Medical Center building (LMC), located at Rua Amílcar Cabral, in the district of Ingombota, all in Luanda.
The delivery was made by the legal representatives of the companies Méssene - Investimentos Limitada, Heavy Group - Investimentos Limitada, Universal Sabedoria and LMC.
These real estate projects were financed with public funds from the National Institute of Social Security, having been under the management of private companies, without any counterpart to the State, said the statement of the PGR
"Thus, with the immediate, definitive and irrevocable delivery, the goods become part of the State's real estate, free of any burden or charges," the note said.
The PGR added that, "in view of the public utility of the Luanda Medical Center clinic, measures must be taken to guarantee its normal functioning".
