"Don't do that? O lady, let people complain, we want children to grow up in a better country, in this country it's the victim's fault, always", replied the activist, who starts the video reporting an alleged theft of a GoPro camera by part of the police forces.

On a walk where police officers appeared several times, but without interacting, Luaty goes on talking to the camera and criticizing the police action in Luanda.

"The country has no owner, the streets have no owner, we wanted to believe that there were some spaces to be given, and there are some spaces to be given, there can be no acceptance that these spaces are removed, these setbacks cannot be be tolerated, because if you step back one step, they will want you to step back 10, and then when they put your foot down your throat, you can complain that 'I can't breathe', the result is George Floyd ", he said, in a reference to the African American who died in the United States when he was violently arrested by police on the street.

"What has already been achieved does not go away, Mr. President, Mr. Attorney General, Mr. Commander, Angola is not yours, it is not mine or the people who are here with me, it belongs to everyone," he added.

During the walk, several people join Luaty and during one of the dialogues, one of the participants in the march reports that the police used real bullets to disperse the protesters and guarantees that there was a young man who died, something that Luaty says "it is necessary confirm urgently ".

The police prevented the attempted demonstration, having resorted to the use of force and tear gas to disperse the demonstrators, with reports of injuries and some arrests.
