The BNA therefore recommends that commercial bank customers go to the bank to request statements of credit responsibility for changing their salary account; granting of credit in the Angolan financial system; other credit requirements in the national financial system; and obtaining credit abroad.
The BNA also informs that "borrowers, guarantors and guarantors have the right to have knowledge of what is mentioned in the CIRC [Credit Information and Risk Center], and should, whenever they so wish, request this information from any institution" where they play this role.
