On October 25th, Angolan writer José Eduardo Agualusa will launch the book "Mestres dos Batuques".
The launch session will be at Carmo Rooftop, in Largo do Carmo in Lisbon, at 6:30 pm.
Presented by Mia Couto, the event will feature Angolan beer, music, dancing and many books.
According to the writer, the book is, to a large extent, about the Bailundo Kingdom and presents an "alternative" view on the official history of colonization.
