The club, which returns to compete in the Girabola and Taça de Angola, must, within thirty days, file the main action with the aforementioned court, under penalty of having the decision annulled.
The court also decriminalized the president of that club, Bento Kangamba, who was sanctioned for four years.
The punishment applied, initially by the disciplinary council, and later maintained by the jurisdictional council of the same body, came following an audio released on social media in June, in which the coach of Académica do Lobito, Agostinho Tramagal, mentioned having received money of Petro de Luanda and Kabuscorp to rig results, while 1.º de Agosto tried to corrupt his team with seven million kwanzas for the same reason.
