The Provincial Government of Cabinda informs, in a statement to which VerAngola had access, that registrations began on the 2nd of October (Monday), "extending until the 13th of October 2023, at the Mbaca Multipurpose Pavilion".
Regarding the first day of registrations, the government said that "several citizens went to that location, where to submit their applications".
It should be noted that this process will be monitored by a working group. "The entire process of receiving applications will be monitored by a working group, created by order of the provincial governor of Cabinda, Mara Quiosa, integrating representatives from the various sectors involved", the note reads.
According to Manuel Guilherme, coordinator of the centrality management committee and supervisor of the registration committee, the conditions have been created for the procedure to take place "smoothly".
The center is located in Chibodo II, in Cabinda, with, in the first phase, 462 apartments, "eight single-story houses and 72 stores, 70 of which are apartments to be sold to the general public, through a lottery".
