China available to reactivate Angolan military training process

Among the wishes of the Asian country is the reactivation of the training process for the Angolan military, according to Lieutenant General Zhang Baiqun, quoted by Jornal de Angola.

The official - who was speaking about the accreditation of the Defense attaché, Colonel Francisco Manuel Adão, and the deputy attaché of the Angolan Embassy in China, Colonel José Paulo de Jesus Pires - considered it necessary to train the military in several areas.

Here, the lieutenant general highlighted areas such as the assembly of military trucks, the construction of warehouses and aeronautical equipment, as well as other initiatives stopped due to covid-19, writes Jornal de Angola.

At the accreditation ceremony, which took place at the Office for Cooperation in Military Affairs, the Chinese representative was accompanied by the deputy director of the West Asia sector, Liu Kay, and by the director of the Foreign Center of the Office for Cooperation in Military Affairs, Bo Shuang.

On the Angolan side, Major Rosaberty do Carmo Katchiva was part of the national delegation at the ceremony, writes Jornal de Angola.
