"Mário Jardel will be in Angola, from the early hours of the 27th of October (Wednesday) for a working visit to Grupo Desportivo Interclube," announced Interclube, in a note posted on his Facebook.
According to the statement, the former Sporting and FC Porto player will be in the country for four days, with an schedule filled with lectures on the development of football.
According to Interclube, the lectures will start on Thursday, October 28th: "The former star of Sporting and FC Porto de Portugal, will be among the club's supporters, fans and members for four days, with an schedule where the holding a press conference on the 28th of October, lectures and meetings on the development of the activity", reveals the note.
Aged 48, Mário Jardel is known for his headed goals. During his career he won two UEFA Golden Boots in 1999 and 2002.
