With the agreement, which will be renewable for an annual period, the company said in a statement, TAAG will become a preferred operator for the client Habana Forwarding, guaranteeing the transport of various cargo to intercontinental destinations, namely to the Americas, Africa and Europe.
According to the administration, this partnership will reinforce the positioning of the state-owned operator as a facilitator of exchange and business between economic agents that operate in the import/export of goods, while also reinforcing the potential of the Luanda hub as a commercial hub.
The agreement, signed by TAAG's commercial director, Miguel Carneiro, and the chairman of the board of directors of Habana Forwarding, Cenén Hernández, "respects the company's strategic vision of progressively increasing its participation" in the air cargo market at a regional and intercontinental level.
TAAG currently offers 13 domestic and 11 international destinations.
