According to Sodiam's announcement – made this Friday, through a statement, cited by Angop – the set of stones to be auctioned is made up of seven that belong to the Lulo mine, eight are from Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, three from Luele, one is from Somiluana and 19 from Kaixepa, weighing more than 10 carats. According to Angop, of the group, the highlight is a 180-carat diamond, as well as two pink ones, belonging to the Lulo and Somiluana mines.
Starting next Tuesday (October 3rd), online, the auction is organized by Trans Atlantic Gem Sales, with the closing ceremony scheduled for the 11th of next month.
According to the company's statement, cited by Angop, the auction will be aimed at customers registered in its database and who have experience in selling special stones.
Remember that in May this year, the company also held a diamond auction, where 36 special stones were up for bid.
