Zinga Sona is the big winner of the 25th edition of the Luanda Song Festival

Zinga Sona won the 25th edition of the Luanda Festival, performing the song “Cassula”. The artist also won the award for best voice.

According to LAC, the song "Nós e as Ruas", written by Scot Cambolo and performed by Rosa Aires, was also distinguished with the prize for best lyrics.

In addition, the artist Rosa Aires also won the LAC Unitel award, while Neurica won the award for best performer with the song "Zungueira", writes LAC.

The 25th edition of the festival took place last Friday, at TV Zimbo's patio. Felipe Mukenga was present at the event and presented the public with some of his hits.

Within the scope of the event – ​​which this year took place under the motto "O perfume do tempo nas canções da nossa vida" – Manuel Homem, governor of Luanda, considered that they were "happy for this type of event to happen" in the province.

"We are fortunate that this type of event takes place in our province, not only to give opportunity to makers of culture, but also to great composers who often inspire our generation and several other generations", he said, quoted by Angop.
