According to Jornal de Negócios, the project is expected to be concluded between February and March 2021.
The audiovisual production complex, called "Integrated Communication Project", will be composed of television and radio studios and offices, according to information confirmed to the Portuguese daily by Martifer's CEO.
Ginga.Com was established in January 2019 and, according to Novo Jornal, is based in Luanda.
With a share capital of four million kwanzas, the company may engage in the provision of media services, publication and editing of newspapers, magazines, marketing, among others.
Ginga.Com's board of directors includes the former Chairman of TPA, Manuel Barber Dias dos Santos and the current Chairman of RNA, Pedro Afonso Cabral.
