Organized in partnership with the African Energy Chamber, the event is endorsed by the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas of Angola, and the organizers estimate that the exhibition "overcomes the enormous success of its first edition in 2019".

According to the statement, "the discussion points will include a focus on the post-covid-19 reality of the Angolan energy landscape, the exploration and licensing of offshore and onshore oil and gas, the new bidding round for marginal fields, the gas monetization, doing business in Angola and digitization and technology ", being that" one of the novelties of this edition of the conference will be a forum on digitization and technology, with a demonstration on the stage of the exhibition of advanced technologies used in a pioneering way in Angola ".

Next year's conference comes after the initial exhibition, in June last year, which had more than 1700 delegates, 67 speakers and almost 50 exhibitors, according to the organization's data, which also recalls the inauguration by President João Lourenço, and the speeches by Minister Diamantino Pedro Azevedo and the governor of the National Bank of Angola, José de Lima Massano.
