With the theme "Africa in a Changing World," the event will bring together in the English capital "a cross-sectoral audience of policymakers, investors, business leaders, and development strategists to discuss the continent's future direction."
According to the event's website, among the vast array of speakers participating in this summit is Finance Minister Vera Daves.
In addition to Vera Daves, the list of speakers includes names such as the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf; the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa, Ronald Lamola; and the Chief Minister and Chief Innovation Officer of the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone, David Moinina Sengeh, among many others.
The sessions will be moderated by officials from the Financial Times.
According to the event's website, "the program will examine strategies for long-term resilience and competitiveness, from reshaping international aid and financing models to expanding digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and regional trade."
The summit "is the established forum for crucial dialogues on how to transform Africa's challenges into economic, social, and business opportunities."
