Ivana Paulo, who is professionally known as Ivy, was "recently in conversation with Whitney Shikongo, on the program 'O Momento da Blindada'", where she "shared her inspiring story", says a statement sent to VerAngola.
The young woman confessed that "being a model was never her childhood dream." According to the note, Ivana wanted to be a farmer, veterinarian, painter or dancer, however, "destiny had other plans for her".
After she moved to London, the direction of her life changed as she began to have more direct contact with the world of fashion.
"I was fascinated by this world, which goes far beyond what we can imagine, it is a universe of diverse options and opportunities," she said, quoted in the statement.
"Fashion is not just about clothes, there is also styling, make up, photography, communication and other areas that make fashion a world of enchantment", she added.
In addition to being a model, adds the statement, she is also a creative director, and "her talent goes beyond the catwalks and in her free time, she is also dedicated to visual arts and music".
In terms of recent work, Ivana Paulo "was the star of the campaign" for the sports brand Nike 'A feel for every you'. She also appeared in music videos by world-famous artists, including musician Harry Styles.
