On the 20th of October, the 6th edition of the Festival Caixa Fado’23 will take place.
The festival will take place at the Centro de Conferências de Belas, whose doors open at 6 pm, but the concert starts at 9 pm.
The event, promoted by Caixa Geral Angola bank (which celebrates its 30th anniversary), aims to celebrate Fado - humanity's intangible heritage - and will bring together Portuguese fado singers and national artists, from various musical styles.
Artists include Pérola, Selda, Toti Sa'med, Bevy Jackson and international Portuguese fado singers Camané, Cuca Roseta, Marco Rodrigues, Gisela João, Ricardo Ribeiro and Lenita Gentil.
Tickets are available at Caixa Geral Angola bank branches, as well as online here. Prices vary between 30,000 kwanzas and 50,000 kwanzas.
