The Heroes of Blue, in partnership with VIS (International Volunteering for Development) and the Volunteer Portal will hold, on August 27, the II Volunteer and Young Citizenship Forum.
The event will take place in a hybrid format: the presidential one will take place in the Manuel Cônego das Neves Auditorium, located in São Paulo, Luanda, and the virtual one will be broadcasted from the digital platforms.
