The National Conference on Human Capital will be held on August 29th and 30th.
The conference will take place in Luanda.
As part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of national independence, the event's theme is "Human Capital and the Challenges of Angola's Development," focusing on training, qualifications, labor market integration, and the role of public and private institutions.
Preschool education, primary and secondary education, technical-vocational and higher education, vocational training, public administration, training financing, human capital in the diaspora, technologies and professions of the future, and the STEAM teaching model are some of the topics covered at this meeting, which will bring together Angolan professionals residing in the country and in the diaspora, foreign experts, academics, representatives of the public and private sectors, and civil society, in a space to reflect and share experiences regarding the challenges and perspectives surrounding the valorization and optimization of national human resources.
