In addition to wanting to see revenue grow, this year's edition of the event has already surpassed one of the parameters of the first edition: the number of exhibitors, which in this second edition have 68 more than in the previous edition.
In the first edition, 212 exhibitors participated. This year, according to Angop, 280 exhibitors are participating, coming from eight provinces of the country, namely Lunda Norte, Luanda, Uíge, Lunda Sul, Cuanza Norte, Malanje, Moxico and Cabinda.
At the fair, which is expected to attract more than 20 thousand visitors, sectors such as agriculture, extractive industry, banks, restaurants, hotels, telecommunications, transport, among others, stand out.
The expo, which is part of the celebrations of the 46th anniversary of the province of Lunda Norte, is an "exhibition fair aimed at large, medium and small companies that aims to promote business, culture and tourism, maximizing partnerships", being " a showcase of the potential and productive capacity and diversification of the economy", says the Expo Dundo website.
Thus, the government and its partners want to convert the event into a space to encourage not only investments, but also tourism, jobs and technological innovation.
According to Angop, over the four days of the fair, the agenda foresees the holding of a thematic business forum, which will feature sessions to share experiences and explore new investment horizons, considering the importance of integrating companies in the region.
