The launching of the workmanship, that beyond counting the passage of Rescova also homages it, goes to have place in the Memorial António Agostinho Neto.
In accordance with a press note, cited by the Angop, the book is composed for some testifying of politician, diplomatic and familiar figures who during some years coexisted with the politician.
Moreover, the preface of the work was made by the Vice-President of the Republic, Bornito de Sousa.
Authored by university professor Manuel Salvador, the work is composed of 105 pages, was edited by Sindjekumi, and has the support of agencies such as the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Environment as well as the sponsorship of the Government.
Rescova was born on May 16, 1980, in Uige province. In 1998, he joined MPLA and at the time of his death was governor of Uige. He had previously been governor of Luanda, between January 2019 and May 2020.
The political leader died on October 9, 2020, victim of illness.
