Located in the Bita Cacati neighborhood in Luanda, the public health institution is struggling with many needs. The team deployed in that unit, is dedicated daily to meet a large number of people who seek care in general practice, gynecology-obstetrics, psychology and clinical analysis.
Jelson Gaieta Kambuiso, responsible for the Social Area of Standard Bank, said that since they got to know the medical center and the situation it is going through, the Heroes of Blue have supported and appealed to the involvement of other benefactors. "Some time ago I invited Kitengo Kunga and today another benefactor has joined, Mrs. Beryl Massiya has responded to Kitengo's appeal and offered various items, collected in an action led by her family. We can add a little bit of each to help those who need it most", he concluded.
The responsible also said that during the month of July, the Heroes of Blue will continue with other missions: Special benefactor's day - Home for the Elderly in Viana; donation of blood - National Blood Institute; cleaning the Areia Branca Beach with EcoAngola; Special Grandparents Day, with the National Radio of Angola and Volunteer and Citizenship Forum, with VIS and Portal do Voluntário.
