João Lourenço's invitation to Luís Montenegro for an official visit to Angola was made during the presence of the head of state in Portugal for the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April.

João Lourenço made the announcement in a statement to the press, at the end of the meeting with Luís Montenegro, at the Portuguese prime minister's official residence.
