Civic awareness campaign on financial literacy


A civic awareness campaign will be promoted, between the 11th and 27th of June, by Emis – Empresa Interbancária de Serviços among Mota-Engil employees.

Promoted on company premises, the campaign aims to prepare employees to better deal with fraud and scams.

With these training actions, it is expected to reinforce confidence in the national financial system, the massification of secure electronic payments, as well as the responsible use of technology, addressing topics such as cyberbullying, digital security and the appropriate use of social networks.

The training is part of the "Digital Citizen" project, a national program, the first phase of which took place in 2022 only in Luanda and which last year was expanded to Benguela.

In total, this action is expected to raise awareness of 260 thousand people by the end of September this year (approximately 200 thousand in Luanda and 60 thousand in Benguela).
